Set the following properties:

<property as="xs:string" name="oxf.xforms.xbl.fr.number.decimal-separator"    value="," />
<property as="xs:string" name="oxf.xforms.xbl.fr.number.grouping-separator"   value="." />
<property as="xs:string" name="oxf.xforms.xbl.fr.number.digits-after-decimal" value="2" />
  • enter value "1,5"
  • field contains "1,50" after blur
  • click into the field again
  • decimal separator is removed (which is wrong)
  • field contains the value "15"
  • after blur the field contains the value "15,00" (which is wrong)

Issue is caused by code which cleans up separators from the instance value. There is no need to remove them in this case, because the value in instance data should be assumed to be in the correct format.
