Summary
Add GoDoc comments for the public
orderlyidAPI and improve the package-level documentation.This updates the docs to describe:
prefix_payload[-checksum])time,flags,tenant,sequence,shard,random)The package docs are now closer to the spec while remaining truthful to the current implementation, especially around case handling and behaviors not yet enforced in code.
