Decide how to handle Unicode characters in posts #254

Unicode characters in posts are normal. People expect this to work.

A change in Emacs prevents xml-rpc from posting Unicode successfully.

Current solution is to use a fork with a fix. But Org2Blog should "just work" out of the box for everybody.

How to make this happen?

xml-rpc has worked fine for years. At least two project depend on it and probably more.

I'm not willing to take xml-rpc over so I decided that the fork is the best way to handle this.
