Feature Request: Bulk Label Assignment Option for Contacts in WhatsApp CampaignsCurrently, in Chatwoot’s WhatsApp campaign feature, audiences can only be created using labels. However, there is no way to apply a label to multiple contacts at once. This limitation makes it difficult to organize and segment contacts efficiently before launching a campaign. 💡 Proposed Solution:Please add an option to apply a label to multiple contacts in bulk, such as: Selecting multiple contacts from the contact list and assigning a label to all at once. Or allowing labels to be mapped directly during CSV import (for example, specifying a label column). Either of these approaches would make campaign setup much faster and scalable for users handling large contact lists. |
