Provide "testament" integration with GitHub Successor

GitHub Successor is a great way to give people access to your work once you have passed.

However, how do we help that person do what you want?

I'd love to have a "testament" feature where they get routed to a repo explaining what your expectations are, without them having to know it's there.

Today, I have set up https://github.com/tomkerkhove/testament but ideally once they get access this is the first thing they will see. This can either be by convention (tomkerkhove/.testament) or by something I configure in my account.
