Energy and water data display system.

I have been publishing on the old forum as "eporocrail". I developed several systems using "eGeoffrey" and published about the development on the forum.

I am at the beginning of the development of a new system, "Energy and water data display system". I would like to invite you to accompany me on this interesting journey.

Situation as is.

A “P1 dongle” reads out the energy and gas meter equipment and adds water consumption data with an extra sensor. Data are presented on an onboard website.
Daily presentation with “gauges” or “bar-graph”. Monthly and yearly data presented with bar-graph.
Historical data are said to be retained for two years but no way to go back in time with presentation.

Data about energy consumption/production and water consumption are made available via MQTT.

An external web-service processes the energy data. Presentation with bar-graph. Per day, month and year. Scrolling back in time. Costs can be inserted. Next to a graph costs are presented for the period displayed.

We do not use gas anymore. We have a solar system and full electric heat-pump.

Aim.

Combine the data of both systems and present the data the way the external web-service does.

No presentation of gas data.

Receive data of the P1-dongle. Process and store those data. Insert cost data for a certain adjustable period. Present data in a way comparable with the external service.

I am trying to install eGeoffrey on a Raspi 4. This does not work. I get:
"Detecting CPU architecture...
ERROR: Unable to determine system architecture (aarch64)"
Would you be so kind to release a new version?

Hey eporocrail really nice to see you again :-) I've currently put on hold the development of eGeoffrey for the time being, really sorry for that, so it might not fully work with the newest hardware (raspi 4 has a different chipset). Even if I think it is just an issue of the installation script, the docker images should still be functional. I've really appreciated your support all along the year, thanks mate :-)

I have done several tests. I ended up with doing data conversion on an ESP8266 module.
The result I can reach is not what I was aiming for.
That means the end of this project.

Based on the underwhelming interest from other people my advice to you would be to take "eGeoffrey" off line.
