I am trying to install eGeoffrey on a Raspi 4. This does not work. I get: Thanks. |

The attached document represents the status of the system right now. |

I have done several tests. I ended up with doing data conversion on an ESP8266 module. Based on the underwhelming interest from other people my advice to you would be to take "eGeoffrey" off line. Live well. |

I have been publishing on the old forum as "eporocrail". I developed several systems using "eGeoffrey" and published about the development on the forum.
I am at the beginning of the development of a new system, "Energy and water data display system". I would like to invite you to accompany me on this interesting journey.
Situation as is.
A “P1 dongle” reads out the energy and gas meter equipment and adds water consumption data with an extra sensor. Data are presented on an onboard website.
Daily presentation with “gauges” or “bar-graph”. Monthly and yearly data presented with bar-graph.
Historical data are said to be retained for two years but no way to go back in time with presentation.
Data about energy consumption/production and water consumption are made available via MQTT.
An external web-service processes the energy data. Presentation with bar-graph. Per day, month and year. Scrolling back in time. Costs can be inserted. Next to a graph costs are presented for the period displayed.
We do not use gas anymore. We have a solar system and full electric heat-pump.
Aim.
Combine the data of both systems and present the data the way the external web-service does.
No presentation of gas data.
Receive data of the P1-dongle. Process and store those data. Insert cost data for a certain adjustable period. Present data in a way comparable with the external service.
Have fun
