Posted at 2014-02-18 by chrisbartley Quick question about the "Board Support" video on the Web IDE tutorials page (http://www.espruino.com/Web+IDE). For me, the checkboxes to enable board support don't do anything. I check them, close the options window, but don't see any new buttons in the toolbar. Reopen the options menu, and I find that the two checkboxes are unchecked. Tried multiple times, tried quitting and restarting the Espruino Web IDE, etc. The checkboxes never remain checked. Coming soon in the Web IDE (hopefully in the next few hours) are interactive tutorials, accessible through
(i) -> Tutorials -> StartIf anyone wants to write one of these, it'd be hugely appreciated. The first one looks like this so they're pretty easy to write: https://github.com/espruino/EspruinoWebIDE/blob/master/data/tutorials/1.js
Just be aware that the markdown parser has been written very quickly, so any syntax that you don't see in that file probably isn't handled - although simple things could be added pretty easily (https://github.com/espruino/EspruinoWebIDE/blob/master/js/espruino_general.js#L104)
