OIDC PocketID Loging button not visible on Login Page when in 'Light' themed mode

What went wrong?

When appearance is set to 'Light'.. the PocketID button is not visible to the end user. It still exists, but can't been seen.

When this is set to 'Dark' the button is visible as normal.
I believe it is the new server sided theme engine, user based with the Light Dark and System options that is responsible. A downgrade to v.3.1.0 reverts to visible button on login again (as does setting theme to Dark within v.3.2)

How can we reproduce it?

Use OIDC
Set system theme appearance to 'Light'
OIDC login button is not visible.
