capability to annotate diagrams.

• Display EObject documentation as tooltips.
• Show EObject documentation in the property section.
• Allow user to add notes to the diagram.
• Allow user to create connections between notes to arbitrary diagram elements.

Look at. IEObjectDocumentationProvider. For example: ((XtextResource)bo.eResource()).getResourceServiceProvider().get(IEObjectDocumentationProvider.class);
