Create API for Exporting Diagrams

an Application Programming Interface (API) for exporting diagrams as images.

Raster graphic formats must be supported. SVG formats should be supported if possible.

Use Graphiti's IImageService to convert the diagram to an image file. Verify that the export works with displaying an element as an image.

The API should accept a diagram file and produce an image.

@RyanMcilnay the API should be documented in the Javadoc documentation and there should be a link to it in the developer's guide.
