Verify does not resolve model element references

Verify uses the AExpression grammar from Common. This grammar allows for references to model elements starting with the keyword "this".
Such references do get resolved when used in ReqSpec to assign values to "val", but they do not get resolved when used in Verify to specify parameter actuals.
