Diagram always marked as changed after opening #1682
Description
Create a new project, add a new package and create a package diagram. Save the package diagram and close the editor. Reopen the package diagram: it is marked as modified and when closing asks for it to be saved even though there are no changes.
This worked in 2.3.5 and is broken in 2.3.7, seen on Windows and Linux.
