Update pom files to use Xtext BOM #2017
Description
We still use a workaround for eclipse-xtext/xtext#1231. This issue has been fixed and we need to update our pom files (see https://blogs.itemis.com/en/eclipse-xtext-goes-shopping-the-new-bill-of-materials).
