Automate update of dependency versions for coverage report

Summary

Any update to a plugin version must be reflected in the pom file for org.osate.build.coverage report.

Expected and Current Behavior

Currently versions must be updated manually. Explore options to automate this. Maybe versions can be taken from the current reactor.
