Checking binding constraints doesn't give indication of progress

Summary

Checking binding constraints on a large model runs for a long time but doesn't produce any output that gives the user a hint about progress.

Expected and Current Behavior

Something should be displayed in the progress view, maybe the SOM name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start "check binding constraints" on a large instance model (mine also has 1000 SOMs)
2. Open the progress view to check if the command makes progress
