OSATE doesn't support dropins directory to install plugins #2727

@lwrage

Description

@lwrage

Please describe the problem your proposed feature would address
In Eclipse a directory named dropins can be used to automatically install plugins if a plugin jar is copied into this directory. This should work in OSATE, too.

What is the impact of the problem?
For installation into OSATE it is always necessary to create a feature and a p2 repository to make the plugin installable.
