Allow data access of subprogram as flow end

Data access features of of subprograms should be allowed as ends of flows.

-[ ] Update grammar, parsing, name resolution, content assist, ...
-[ ] Update graphical editor

This implements saeaadl/aadlv2.2#28

This works for textual models, already. Won't fix for GE.
