EASE dependency incorrect

Summary
When installing OSATE into Eclipse Modeling Tools (for Eclipse 2021-03), there is a dependency on EASE, that is not matched correctly. Possibly, the update site for EASE, used in OSATE, is incorrect.

Expected behavior
Automated installation of EASE into Eclipse with OSATE.

Actual behavior
User has to manually install EASE into Eclipse (Modeling Tools), before installing OSATE.

Steps To Reproduce
Fresh installation of Eclipse Modeling Tools R2021-03 -> Help -> Install New Software -> Add details for OSATE -> Next -> Error occurs
