attribute OpenStreetMap properly (add it to the load screen as the first step)

Currently attribution of OSM data is effectively missing. Maybe it is present somewhere, deeply hidden in settings or other menu, but it is effectively invisible.

Interface is quite busy already, but at least on my phone load screen is present for about 4-5 seconds it is almost completely empty (OsmAnd logo, and "OsmAnd" text). What about putting something like "powered by OpenStreetMap data" there as the first step?

Please give us the following information so that we can try to reproduce your issue:

What version of OsmAnd are you using, on what device and Android/iOS version?

3.3.8, on Xiaomi Redmi 4, Android 6.0.1 MMB29M

Do you use the offline maps offered within the OsmAnd app for download, or online (tile / raster) maps?

Is there a plan to implement the attribution properly? Because as of now, OsmAnd is not really complying with the Copyright and License requirements. I would open a new issue for that if one does not exist. This was request to include a specific form of attribution and had nice quick reaction (unlike say with MAPS.ME, Snapchat, Mapbox etc).
