Include smoothness values in standard maps.
Useful to determine passability of tracks
Additional style will be posted later after testing and consulting
Example rendering:

Is this working? I'm just suspicious of new category for additional types.
Please work out (create pull request) also rendering improvement or additional rendering style that depends on base rendering style.

There are 8 types for "smoothness" (on top of the 6 types of "grade" for
tracks), and it will likely be more confusing than useful to the average
user to have this visualized in any fashion I can think of.

So I vote we leave this in rendering_types (as it is now) to facilitate
people using this in a special renderer, but do not put the rendering in
our stadard/default views.

Best regards,
Hardy
