支持交叉编译：ARM，MIPS，armv8，aarch64等

ossrs/srs#1282
支持直接编译：ARM和龙芯等平台，For ARM, armv8, aarch64, etc.

Unknown CPU

如果没有识别出来CPU，可以明确指定，比如：

make linux-debug EXTRA_CFLAGS="-D__aarch64__"
