In 2014, Ipe switched from CAIRO_FILTER_NEAREST to _BEST, and then in #53 to _FAST.

_FAST is really ugly, and for the moment I'm switching to CAIRO_FILTER_GOOD. But probably this should be configurable, and in iperender we may want to always use CAIRO_FILTER_BEST.
