Amended wording on Works Search help text to make it less specific to the search page and clearer as to what is being searched.

For clarity, I would this amend to "...all the fields associated with a work in the database, including summary, notes and tags, but not the full work text."

I was thinking about our use of em tags here, since it's not quite right. I think what we want is the kbd tag on what the user would be inputting (book*, Harry Potter, Harry | Potter, "Harry Lockhart", Harry -Lockhard) and the samp tag around the results that would be returned.

Makes sense to me - for the tags help, I was experimenting with the code tag for more distinct formatting, but it became really small. If we do the help text deploy as a last emergency release, I'd really like to toss in #705 as well.
