There should be a »first run page«, even if it’s just a message in the rightcontent and a button prompting you to Import your feeds or an input box prompting you to add a page. Otherwise you’re thrown into the empty interface.
Maybe first this is solved pretty well by the new add button being first in the list. Also, what about having the settings slid up on opening the app when there’s no content, so the import function is visible?
