Webp thumbnails are not generated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload .webp images
2. Go to the file explorer image list

Expected behaviour

Thumbnail previews should show up (jpeg works fine)

Actual behaviour

A file icon shows up instead.

I've written a fix for this already and was going to submit a PR, however I saw the note about creating an issue first so here it is. This was really a PITA because I couldn't find any prior issues related to this... while it seems a rather obvious problem...?

.webp images are rarely being used, that's probably why.
