With the changes in this PR, mg-ddm will advertise and set up routing between my two test VMs for both
underlay0/sled6andunderlay0/internaldns(in addition tounderlay0/bootstrap6, which was added in #1251).I believe as of this PR, multisled networking should be working sufficiently for further trust quorum development, etc.
