Great! Since you said it was just code moving around, I didn't look much at that, but did verify in the CI output that the tests still got run.

Like the Host OS tests. Tests that are specific to the SP, RoT and RoT bootloader should live in their own submodules.
This PR is only moving code around. I have not made any changes to the tests themselves
