• Add PG workaround for Raven Compute rings
• Add PG workaround for RDNA1.0 & RDNA3.0
• Refactor GFXOFF handler v3.11 (SeryogaBrigada/linux@7a9fd30)
• Use gfx_off_ctrl_immediate for GFX9/10/11/12
• Remove workaround for TLB seq race

Kernel option to keep during testing period: fsck.mode=force

• Idle consumption: 4.3 W
• glxgears (vblank_mode=0): 6700 fps
• Aquarium 30,000 fishes on chromium: 35 fps, 48 w

System configuration:

• APU 3400G
• mesa 24.3.4 unpatched.
• plasma 6.3.1

Now checking stability.

aquarium 15,000 fish	45-50 fps, ~9.3 W

This build has the best idle power consumption yet, almost half of what I get with the current build of the stock kernel.
