Add the ability to set metadata for sync and async message interactions. This capability was formerly provided with `message_with_metadata` using a `MessageHandle`; however, this is now deprecated in favour of the `InteractionHandle` method. Signed-off-by: JP-Ellis <josh@jpellis.me>
