Didn't realise, but there's overlap with #788. Once the former is merged, I'll rebase this PR. |
Postgres 13 was missing from the matrix despite still being actively maintained, and we no longer should test for 9.6 as it has not been maintained since 2021. Signed-off-by: JP-Ellis <josh@jpellis.me>

Postgres 17 and 13 were missing from the matrix, and no longer testing 9.6 as it has not beem maintained since November 2021.
