Padrino.configure_apps can only be called once #771

Just as a quick note:

While configure_apps is incredibly handy, it can only be called once. This makes it impossible to configure all apps in multiple locations of the configuration process.

Yep, and also would be nice the ability to register extensions or helpers or middleware correctly because sometimes give an error or will be override from Padrino::Application defaults.
