On nginx 1.3.7:
tests that use X-Blocking-Rewrite key will fail, because nginx somehow thinks the request header we send for that is invalid. I failed to suppress this error with setting

ignore_invalid_headers on;

It looks like it needs to be set higher than the server block: http://trac.nginx.org/nginx/ticket/117

Actually, I just saw this on nginx-1.2.6 as well, with ignore_invalid_headers on; at the http{} level.

2013/04/04 15:38:16 [info] 9639#0: *28 client sent invalid header line: "'X-PSA-Blocking-Rewrite: psatest'" while reading client request headers, client:, server: localhost, request: "GET /mod_pagespeed_test/ipro/test_image_dont_reuse.png HTTP/1.1", host: "localhost:9003"

Maybe we actually are sending an invalid header from one of the tests.

Not sure when or how, but this isn't happening anymore. Closing
