im looking into the travis CI set up, the current key is the GK key but I'm trying to figure out how to get its own key. |

I think the baseline plugins are public now, so we can depend on those for Eclipse Checkstyle and the Java thing, at least.

I tried using baseline stuff but it didn't configure my eclipse properly with my local checkstyle rules. It also couldn't pick up the java version plugin. My changes are here if you want to take a look:
