7a3a91a re-added tests/contrib/test_cache.py, which had been moved to tests/contrib/cace/test_cache.py.

  • Split cache test setup and generic tests into separate classes.
  • Add test for NullCache.has which was added to the old file.
  • Flip the default for guaranteed_deletes flag to match fast_sleep flag.
