TypeError casting int64 to int32 when shifting time series

I think I hit another 32bits issue. This happens in Win7 32 bits:

its an easy fix if you want to do a PR

use com._ensure_platform_int when passing periods to np.roll

hmm, I can no longer reproduce this (IIRC I did fix something about this)....can you try with a recent windows release and update? https://github.com/pydata/pandas/releases
