Binaries url needs updating #88

In the README it says:

Binaries for Intel platform, GNU/Linux, OSX and Windows are available from
https://github.com/pantherb/setBfree/releases/latest

However the url is empty. It appears there are binaries here:
http://x42-plugins.com/x42/setBfree

Ideally binaries would be published in both locations, or the url updated?

Also in addition the Mac version:
http://x42-plugins.com/x42/mac/setBfree-v0.8.11-13.pkg

Contains an LV2 file, which is not supported by all DAWs. Is there a VST3 or Audio Unit alternative?

There is no VST3 or AU, sorry.
