First, thanks for making such a useful add-on. But I'm having a challenge getting it working with Zotero.
With the below software installed, I get no Paper Machines item in the context menu after right-clicking in Zotero Standalone. Any ideas?
I'm truly sorry for the delay. I suspect that it wasn't working because it couldn't find a copy of Python 2.7 -- the scripts, as far as I know, don't run on Python 3 -- but with no alternative to offer aside from downgrading, I thought I'd better devise a different solution.
I've been working on a branch that uses a bundled copy of Jython instead. Its only dependency (apart from Zotero and the PDF tools) is Java, so it should be more compatible than the previous versions. The logging facility for topic modeling is not quite complete yet in this version, so it's not always easy to diagnose problems with it, but if you want to give it a try, it's available at https://github.com/downloads/chrisjr/papermachines/papermachines-0.4.0pre.xpi.
Again, my apologies for the wait, and I promise to be more responsive if you run into trouble with it again.
