Give friendlier instructions when your token has expired #395

I did a particle list today and got this message:

% particle list
▐ Retrieving devices...
! Please login - it appears your access token may have expired

Error Invalid token

I'd love it as a new user and/or someone who rarely uses the CLI if it told me what command to run to login. i.e.

% particle list
▐ Retrieving devices...
! It appears your access token may have expired. Please login with `particle login`. 

Error Invalid token

Not a big deal, just a UX bump.
