Resellers & Distributors
Partners seeking to resell or distribute GitHub Products and Services will use the GitHub Reseller and Distribution Terms, and will ensure End Customer's acceptance of GitHub End Customer Terms.
Subcontractors
Partners providing Services on behalf of GitHub will use the GitHub Subcontractor Terms.
Data Protection
All Partners are required to accept the GitHub Channel Partner Data Protection Addendum.
GitHub Reseller and Distribution Terms
If you are Reselling or Distributing GitHub products and Services, these terms will apply.
GitHub Subcontractor Terms
If you are providing Services on behalf of GitHub, these terms will apply.
GitHub Channel Partner Data Protection Addendum
This Channel Data Protection Addendum applies to all GitHub partners, and covers personal information exchanged between the Parties.
GitHub End Customer Terms
The GitHub Customer Agreement applies to all GitHub Products and Support for customers who purchase directly from GitHub.
