You can specify a text file which PasDoc should use as header or footer for all pages.

Use --header or -H on the CommandLine to specify a file to use as header, use --footer or -F to specify the footer.

Example:

pasdoc --header myheader.html --footer myfooter.html

You can specify this directive multiple times, but PasDoc will only use the last one:

pasdoc --header firstheader.html --header secondheader.html

This will only include the file secondheader.html in the output.

Note that header and footer contents are pasted directly to the resulting output. This means that if you’re doing HTML documentation, your header and footer contents must be valid HTML code (and you can use HTML tags inside header and footer). For now header and footer are ignored for LatexOutput.
