Installer upgrade briefly shows previous installer's ui

It's a bit confusing. Mainly because the UI of the installer being removed says that it is ready to install. You get the same thing when removing from appwiz.cpl.

Should introduce specific screens for the automated uninstall so that it's clear that the old version is being removed.
