In this PR I have updated each of the patternfly-library index pages to use the patternfly-design markdown files where they are available. To enable this I had to extract the code samples into their own files. They are in the
source/includes/codefolder for now.I have staged the site for this PR at:
https://bleathem.github.io
I've checked that each of the pattern-library pages has a working code example.
