Should work like Jinja2's whitespace control:

If a start tag ends with a dash, {% foo -%}, then strip the leading whitespace from the next text block.

If an end tag starts with a dash, {%- endfoo %}, then strip the previous text block's trailing whitespace.

If a tag does not have an end tag, then the whitespace control should be ignored.
