On systems with older List::Utils the module compilation fails:

#   Failed test 'use App::mycnfdiff::Utils;'
#   at t/utils.t line 5.
#     Tried to use 'App::mycnfdiff::Utils'.
# Error: "uniq" is not exported by the List::Util module
# Can't continue after import errors at /home/cpansand/.cpan/build/2019022007/App-mycnfdiff-1.00-KpYinN/blib/lib/App/mycnfdiff/ line 9.
# BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /home/cpansand/.cpan/build/2019022007/App-mycnfdiff-1.00-KpYinN/blib/lib/App/mycnfdiff/ line 9.
# Compilation failed in require at t/utils.t line 5.
# BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/utils.t line 5.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 1.
t/utils.t ..
Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Failed 1/1 subtests

Probably the prereq version für List::Util has to be set.
