in the SQL editor, if there are multiple statements, the 'run' button runs the statement which is highlighted. This is fine, however after executing the cursor does not advance to beyond that statement (i.e., to allow the next statement to be run on the next click of the 'run' button).
The SQLite API does provide information on how much of the incoming script text has been consumed when doing a prepare(), so I think it should be relatively easy to implement this feature. This is handy for cut-paste of a long multi-statement sql script, and then single stepping through it.
