a config option

foo = bar, baz

will be interpreted by configobj as list of str, even if the spec says

foo = string

We do need ConfigObj.__init__'s parm list_values=True though, e.g. for attribute triples.

key "foo" in section "bindings" failed validation: the value "[u'bar', u'baz']" is of the wrong type.
