srv.us DNS could be dynamic; ident.me dns for inspiration.

• Servers report their number of tunnels and bandwidth usage in a central DB (cockroachdb?).
• srv.us automatically resolves to a server with low enough load.
• Servers register their tunnels in that central DB.
• *.srv.us returns all servers with corresponding tunnels.
