  1. southbridge/amd/pi/hudson/sd.c: disable SDR50 tuning in SD 2.0 mode 

    According to BKDG, the tuning should not be enabled in SD 2.0 mode.
Enabled tuning causes the modification of Base Frequency in
SD Capabilities Register and as a result, the performance of SD cards
goes down.
