Moves flush directory to the local node's path.
Turns JNA off by default.
Removes check for IP:port availability if using replace_address.
Normally you want ccm to warn you that an IP:port is already in use, however if you are using replace_address it's assumed you know what you're doing. If the IP:port is in use, you'll see a C* error rather than a ccm error.

This reverts commit 98f5d65.
This method was added in CASSANDRA-5916 for replacing a node by address. replace_address also replaces replace_node and replace_token.
Fix from_mark arg error in Cluster.start method
We should use mark value related to other_node insead of the node we are comparing with.
Currently if you install ccm it dies out because pyyaml isn't installed via requires. switching to install_requires should fix the issue
Workaround patch until CASSANDRA-5543 is resolved
