È possibile integrare nel file index.php del progetto il codice necessario per richiamare i file user.css e user.js ?

Attualmente il template non offre un metodo facile per personalizzare l'aspetto del sito. Tuttavia, utilizzando i file user.css e user.js, sarebbe possibile apportare modifiche CSS e JavaScript in modo semplice e veloce. Inoltre, le modifiche apportate utilizzando questi due file non verrebbero sovrascritte con il primo aggiornamento del template.
